At Olympus Fenwick in Savannah, GA, your furry friends are more than welcome! Enjoy a vibrant community with no weight restrictions and a two-pet maximum, making it easy to share your home with beloved companions. With a one-time pet fee and monthly rent, comfort for you and your pets awaits!

Our Pet Policy

  • Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • No Weight Limit or Required Pet Deposit!
  • 1-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $300 per Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent - $25 per Pet
  • Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.

*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
